Chelsea play their final pre-season fixture as they face AC Milan.   The Blues' played their first tie against Bayer Leverkusen, a game which ended in a 2-0 victory with Estevao Willian and Joao Pedro finding the back of the net.  However, Chelsea have made sweeping changes for today's game.  Cole Palmer gets the nod from the off after being withdrawn at half-time against Leverkusen, while Marc Cucurella, Moises Caicedo and Trevoh Chalobah all return to the XI after being given 45 minutes on Friday. Filip Jorgensen played all 90 minutes, so Robert Sanchez starts in goal, with Gabriel Slonina on the bench.  Joao Pedro starts up top, replacing Liam Delap. Pedro Neto and Jamie Gittens line up either side of Palmer to complete the front four.
