"Unbelievable against us. "Best...this season!" Declan Rice full of praise for Chelsea star who impressed him in London derby.

 Arsenal midfielder Declan rice has heaped praise on Chelsea counterpart Moises Caicedo for his standout performance this season for the Blues. 


Moises Caicedo has been particularly impressive in his last three games for the Blues especially against Manchester United.  

It seems we're not the only ones who've seen a bit of improvement in Caicedo's game.  Declan Rice has as well. 

Speaking to ESPN,  Declan Rice praised Caicedo's mentality and how he's coped with his huge price tag and the pressure accompanied with it: 

"I always knew and see what a good player he was. This season as well, he's been unbelievable.

" So I think for sure, he's another player who's handled the price tag now really well, because to play for a club that Chelsea is obviously real big pressure," Rice said (via ESPN).

Recall before signing for Arsenal,  Chelsea had been in the market for a midfielder of Rice's calibre. After the Gunners signed him, Chelsea paid a record fee of £115M to Brighton and Hove Albion for Caicedo. In his first few months, he struggled to find his feet, with his form improving at the end of his debut campaign.  His form has continued super strong this season.
